![]() Oh and also, the lady from the "night" check in, literally said, "you talked to our call center, they have no clue what's going on" umm then why are they allowed to talk to you regarding reservations? And then why don't you allow to be directly dispatched through to the actual front desk at a specific location? Get there at 11, nope we have nothing for you, and especially not pet room available, umm we have paid and have a reservation, they say still we don't have a pet room, manager comes over and says just put them in the back corner of one of the rooms, but then says we can't check in until 230, 3 hours later. ![]() Call the next morning, tells us to come at 930am. Luckily we had a friend's cabin not far and they were there. Show up to the casino around 1230, front desk, rude! Says that our reservation states Saturday at 12am, ya exactly, it is currently Saturday the 21st, say nope, don't have anything and to come back in the morning. This is where we typically stay, never again! After being on I70 for 4+ hours in the snow we attempted to book a room, being that this is the only pet friendly casino, sold out, okay fine, 1130 call their number about booking a reservation for 5/21/22, asking that at midnight (in 45 min) can we check in since we are stuck, they say yes absolutely, and that they would also put down we needed a pet room.
